We realize collecting rent can be stressful, so we make it very easy for tenants to pay. Our online portal (powered by Buildium) gives your tenants
a state-of-the-art application where they will be able to set up their reccurring rent payments by simply linking their bank accounts or credit card.
We also accept checks or money orders for those who are not comfortable with the digital process. Our portal tracks all payments to make sure they are on-time and
also sends reminders about when payments are due. We will be notified immediately if a payment is missed. If a rent payment is missed, per Illinois law, a 5 day
notice will be sent to the renter immediately. This helps ensure your income is coming in a timely manner.
